I just love cake smashes and doing them outdoors is even more awesome.  It's like ok, so if we are going to break some rules, let's just break all of them.  Over indulge on cake...check, eat with bare hands...check, get clothes covered in food...check, and while we are at it let's just do all of this outside, in the grass, because why not. 

We should all celebrate our birthdays this way.  Cake smash every year because what could make you feel more like a kid than throwing the rules out the window.

I have been so blessed to get to be such a big part of this little ladies first year.  I've been taking her pictures since she was in the hospital, less than 48 hours new.  I've watched her grow, learn, and develop the sweetest little personality.  I can't wait to see what the future holds for her.
